Aubrey’s Diary – Entry 6 (27 March 1983)

Now that the excitement is over I need to start thinking of a backup plan like my parents asked me to. I’m not even sure where to start because these hard labour occupations have never been my thing. I didn’t even bother to care about the processes involved in attaining such jobs. That’s why I asked my friend, Mxolisi to help me out since he works at the mines. I’m supposed to meet him later today. We’ll see how that goes.
